About us
We rent five homes in Costambar, and we are the people who answer when you write.
Two buildings, five homes
Las Tres Casitas is three houses, each split down the middle into two separate homes — 1A and 1B, 2A and 2B, 3A and 3B, six rentals in all. Right now both halves of the third house are available: Casita 3A and Casita 3B. Take the two together and you have the whole house, four bedrooms and room for eight.
Residencial Montesino is our second building, a few minutes away. Three apartments are available there — 1A, 1B and 2A — each with two bedrooms and two and a half baths, and a pool and barbecue in the shared garden.
How we do things
You book with us directly. There is no platform in the middle, no service fee, and no call centre. When you send your dates, one of us reads it and replies, usually the same day, in English or Spanish.
Everything works when you arrive: fast Wi-Fi, air conditioning, a full kitchen, parking, and a generator for when the power goes, which in this part of the world it sometimes does. Stay by the month and the utilities are on us.
We live here. If something breaks we come and fix it, and if you want to know where to eat or how to get to the waterfalls, ask — that is half of what we are for.
